Marist Farm Produce

Available for purchase through the Cellar door are seasonal farm produce items. All produce is grown atthe Hermitage and made by the Marist Brothers.

A wide variety of Jams and Marmalades - produced from our own fruit and including many awards from the Moss Vale Show and Royal Easter Show! These are available seasonally throughout the year and include:

Seville orange Marmalade
Marmalade Jam
Fig Jam ("The best fig jam this side of heaven - Sydney Morning herald)
Quince Paste
Plum Jam

Along with our local fruits we also offer seasonal animal produce. Farm Fresh chicken eggs are available most weekends as well as Duck Eggs from the flock which included the Champian Duck at the 2008 Sydney Royal Easter Show!

BEEF!
Stay tuned for our very own cryovac beef which will be available in late 2009. Br Francis will be releasing pasture fed Angus-Limosine and Limosine-Waygu beef for sale through the cellar door.
